When this site gets something wrong, the page is fixed and the fact that it was wrong stays here. Entries are added, never removed.

No corrections have been published yet. This site launched recently, so an empty log means “nothing reported yet”, not “nothing wrong.” If you have found an error, it belongs here — see below.

How to submit a correction

Email corrections@whatdidyoutake.org. There is no form on this site and there never will be, because a form is a thing that collects data about you.

What helps most, in rough order:

• The page, and the specific sentence.
• What you think it should say.
• A citation if you have one — a PMID, a DOI, or a regulatory document.

You do not need credentials. If you have taken one of these compounds and our account of what it feels like is wrong, that is a correction we cannot get any other way and it is the one we most want.

What happens then

• If it is a factual error, the page is corrected and an entry is added here.
• If it is a difference of interpretation, we will say so, and if the disagreement is reasonable we will note the uncertainty on the page rather than pick a side silently.
• If we think you are wrong, we will say that too, and why.

This is run by one person, so a reply may take a while. A correction that affects reader safety gets dealt with first.
